TIMOTHY GAVIN

Prior to joining the Keller Williams Beverly Hills office, Tim had amassed 20 years of sales and marketing experience as a successful business owner, entrepreneur and real estate investor. He excels at the “art of negotiation,” striving to get deals done in a profitable manner while working diligently for his client. Within the past two years, Tim has been ranked in the Top 3% Realtors and is a member of Top Agent Network and Agent Leadership Council. In terms of service, Tim and his team provide professional real estate consulting in the Greater Los Angeles County and San Fernando Valley to professional athletes, celebrities and executives in the entertainment business. Knowing how to define value in each of these locales is integral to Tim's ability to help his clients transition smoothly from one area to another. A native Angeleno, Tim previously pursued his passion for skateboarding in a former life, ultimately becoming "a legend" in the world of professional skateboarding at the height of its popularity.   Tim currently resides in Encino with his wife, Kelly, and two children, Mason and Sienna. On any given day, Tim can be found at a Neighborhood Council meeting, coaching basketball at the local recreation center, serving on multiple non-profit boards, or golfing.
